1.1 Factory Defects Only: Returns are accepted only for items with verified factory defects. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable unless they have a factory defect.
2. Timeframe for Returns
2.1 Return Window: You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your item.
3. Return Process
3.1 Step 1 - Contact Us: Notify us of the defect by contacting our customer service team at artisha.qa@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a description or photograph of the defect.
3.2 Step 2 - Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
3.3 Step 3 - Return Shipment: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
